Case Study of AVM Embolization Technique

Different architecture , different strategies with single stage cure.

Case 1. Diffuse nidus with enpassage feedesrs primarily deep venous drainage with venous aneurysm dangling which is probably cause of the bleed in the ventricular lining.

Case 2

Compact Avm nidus in the cp angle cistern with a central end on feeder and peripheral enpassage ones.

Few weak spots in the nidus and around it.

Multiple venous drainage but primarily into the tentorial sinus with outflow angiopathy leading to venous engorgement.
